Paytm Payments Services seeks a dynamic leader to drive offline EDC merchant sales for the oil and gas vertical. You will onboard new merchants, service existing ones, and scale the merchant ecosystem across multiple locations.

The role requires building and managing a high-performing sales team, resolving merchant queries, and achieving sales targets through motivated execution and strategic recruitment.

Qualifications

• Graduation or post-graduation is required.
• Experience leading sales teams and driving merchant adoption.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to recruit, train and develop performance-driven teams.

About the team:

The Oil and gas vertical Focused Offline payment solution team. Includes payment of oil/petrol and gas bills via POS and EDC machines. Predominantly dealing with Petrol and gas station Merchants and other Retail business ,handling end to end sales and Operations. Onboarding new merchants for offline solutions and servicing existing merchants. Maintaining good relationship with PSU Companies / Oil marketing Companies.

About the role: The person should be capable of increasing the sale of EDC machines through proper channels to the merchants across multiple locations.
