Job summary

Paytm Payments Services in India seeks a dynamic leader to grow the offline POS device sales through merchant partnerships across multiple locations, including UP and beyond.

You will build and mentor a sales team, set goals, drive performance metrics, and resolve merchant queries to expand merchant base. Graduation or Post-graduation is preferred; experience in payments ecosystem is a plus.

Qualifications

About the team:

The Oil and gas vertical Focused Offline payment solution team. Includes payment of oil/petrol and gas bills via POS and EDC machines. Predominantly dealing with Petrol and gas station Merchants and other Retail business ,handling end to end sales and Operations. Onboarding new merchants for offline solutions and servicing existing merchants. Maintaining good relationship with PSU Companies / Oil marketing Companies.

About the role: The person should be capable of increasing the sale of EDC machines through proper channels to the merchants across multiple locations.
