Insolation Energy in Lucknow invites an Area Sales Manager to drive growth in the solar PV modules segment. The role targets expansion through dealers, distributors and channel partners across Lucknow and nearby areas.

Ideal candidates have 4–8 years in solar sales, MBA preferred, and a proven network with EPCs, installers and institutional buyers. Willingness to travel and strong relationship skills are essential.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree (MBA preferred) in related field.
• 4–8 years of sales experience in the Solar Industry, preferably Solar PV Modules.
• Established network with dealers, distributors, EPCs, and installers in Lucknow.

Responsabilidades

• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets for Solar PV Modules.
• Develop and expand the dealer, distributor, and channel partner network.
• Generate business from EPC companies, rooftop installers, and institutional customers.
• Identify new business opportunities and increase market share within the assigned territory.
• Manage key customer relationships and ensure high customer satisfaction.
• Conduct product presentations, technical discussions, and promotional activities.
• Track market trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies.
• Coordinate with internal teams for order execution, collections, and after-sales support.
• Ensure timely collections and maintain healthy receivables.
