Job summary

Radial Hr Solutions is seeking a field-based Sales Leader in Karnataka/Bengaluru to drive growth in the cardio and diabetic segments. You will manage and expand sales within your territory and guide a team of 4–5 Medical Representatives.

The candidate should have a BSc or B.Pharm, 5–10 years of pharma experience with 3–5 years in relevant segments, and strong CRM relationships. Local language proficiency is essential for district-level engagement.

Qualifications

• BSc or B.Pharm degree required.
• 25-35 years age.
• 5-10 years minimum experience with last 3-5 years in cardio/diabetic segment.
• CRM doctors with at least 40 KOL & KBL in area.
• Local language proficiency of the state required.
