Job summary

Radial Hr Solutions in Bengaluru is seeking a senior pharma sales professional to manage and grow sales in the assigned region. You will lead the local team, strategize market approaches, and present to doctors and hospitals to expand product adoption.

The role requires extensive cardio/diabetic segment expertise, strong CRM use, and fluency in the local language. A successful track record with top pharma players is preferred.

Qualifications

• Age 35-50 years with 10–20 years in cardio/diabetic segments.
• Experience in managing and improving sales in assigned geography.
• Experience with TOP Indian/Foreign pharma company.
• Must know local language of the state.
