The role involves identifying new project opportunities, building relationships with real-estate developers, contractors and construction companies, and coordinating with the technical team to prepare commercial proposals in support of sales efforts.

Qualifikationen

• 3-6 years of experience in sales/BD for formwork or construction products.

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Area Sales Manager – Aluminium Formwork to drive business development and sales of aluminium formwork systems across the assigned territory.

The candidate will be responsible for identifying new project opportunities, developing relationships with real-estate developers, contractors and construction companies, generating enquiries, preparing commercial proposals in coordination with the technical team, negotiating and closing orders, and ensuring strong customer relationships throughout the project lifecycle.

The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of aluminium formwork/Mivan systems, high-rise residential construction, project requirements, formwork applications, and construction industry sales cycles.
