The ideal candidate has 8+ years of exposure to aluminium shuttering works, with strong vendor negotiation and project coordination skills to drive efficiency on high-rise projects.

Qualifications

• Exposure to aluminium shuttering works and 8+ years of experience.

Responsibilities

• Ensure accurate material mobilisation plans using old or new materials.
• Secure cost-effective aluminium form-work solutions from vendors.
• Collect and evaluate vendor quotes for procurement and modifications.
• Oversee shell plans and modulation drawings within the set timeline.
• Modify aluminium form-work materials to reduce new material quantities and wastage.
• Ensure smooth delivery and proper setting out on-site.
• Coordinate with design, architecture, structural, and procurement teams for timely approvals.
• Clarify roles and deadlines for all team members involved in form work.
• Enhance knowledge of latest form-work technologies and innovations.
• Strengthen skills in vendor negotiations for cost reductions and timely deliveries.
• Maintain clear and timely communication with all stakeholders.
• Provide reports on project status, material delivery, and issues.

Role & responsibilities

1. Ensure accurate material mobilisation plans, including the use of old or new materials, based on project requirements
2. Secure cost-effective and quality aluminium form-work solutions from vendors
3. Collect and evaluate quotes from various vendors for both new material procurement and modification of existing materials, ensuring cost-effectiveness and timely approvals from the relevant authorities.
4. Oversee the preparation and approval of shell plans and modulation drawings within the set timeline
5. Modify existing aluminium form-work materials as per the new design, ensuring the reduction of new material quantities, and also to reduce the modification wastage
6. Ensure smooth delivery of aluminium form-work materials and proper setting out on-site.
7. Strengthen cooperation with the design, architecture, structural, and procurement teams to ensure the timely approval of plans and materials.
8. Ensure all team members involved in form work processes are clear on their roles and deadlines.
9. Enhance knowledge of the latest form-work technologies and innovations to improve project efficiency.
10. Strengthening skills in negotiating with vendors for both cost reduction and timely deliveries.
11. Maintain clear and timely communication with all internal and external stakeholders.
12. Provide clear and concise reports on project status, material delivery, and any issues.
