Swastiks Masalas in India is seeking an Area Manager to oversee operations, performance, and staff across multiple units within a region. The role acts as a bridge between frontline managers and executive leadership.

You will lead teams, monitor KPIs, manage budgets, ensure compliance, and coordinate campaigns from headquarters while relaying field insights back to senior leadership. The position requires strong leadership and analytical skills in a fast-paced retail environment.

Responsabilidades

• Operational Oversight & Compliance: Ensure all assigned locations follow company policies, safety standards, and local regulations through regular site inspections and audits.
• Performance & KPI Tracking: Analyze sales reports, productivity metrics, and customer satisfaction scores to identify underperforming areas and launch corrective action plans.
• Team Leadership & Development: Recruit, hire, train, and mentor store or branch managers, and evaluate staff performance to build strong local teams.
• Financial & Budget Management: Help develop regional budgets, track expenses, manage costs, and drive strategies to maximize store or unit profitability.
• Corporate Communication: Implement company-wide strategies and campaigns from headquarters down to local teams while relaying field realities and feedback back to senior executives.
• Problem Solving: Resolve high-level operational disruptions, supply issues, or customer escalations that local managers cannot handle alone.
