Job Junction is seeking an Agency Sales Manager to drive life insurance sales across the Delhi-NCR Region, Karnataka, Madhya Pradesh, Maharashtra, and Mumbai Region. The role requires strong agency relationship management and the ability to scale sales through a dedicated team of agents.

You will recruit and train agents, monitor field activities, and report on performance metrics to senior management, while staying ahead of market trends and competitor actions.

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Agency Sales Manager to join our dynamic team in the Delhi-NCR Region, Karnataka, Madhya Pradesh, Maharashtra, and Mumbai Region. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales through agency channels, focusing on life insurance products. This role requires a strong understanding of the insurance sales landscape and the ability to develop and maintain relationships with agents and clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets through agency channels.
• Recruit, train, and manage a team of agents to ensure they are equipped to sell life insurance products effectively.
• Conduct regular field visits to monitor sales activities and provide support to agents.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to enhance customer satisfaction and retention.
• Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
• Prepare and present sales reports to management, highlighting performance metrics and areas for improvement.

Required Skills

• Proven experience in agency sales, particularly in the life insurance sector.
• Strong knowledge of direct sales, channel sales, and field sales techniques.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with agents and clients.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• A background in business administration (BBA) or commerce (BCom) is preferred, especially for freshers looking to start their careers in sales.
