Job summary

Niyukti Systems, Inc seeks an Agency Channel Development Manager (Insurance) in India to lead a team of life insurance advisors and drive revenue growth through optimal team management and sales leadership.

You will recruit, train, and mentor agents, supervise activity plans, and conduct weekly PRPs while leveraging the CRM portal to boost service levels and cross-selling opportunities.

Qualifications

• Experience: Minimum 2 years in Sales (Life Insurance preferred).
• Education: Graduate in any stream.
• Strong networking skills and knowledge of the local market.
• Excellent communication and team management skills.

Experience: 2 to10 Years in Sales
