• Achieve monthly and annual targets for affordable housing loans, including Home Loans and Loan Against Property (LAP), as applicable.
• Develop business through direct sourcing, connectors, DSAs, builders, developers, and other local market channels.
• Identify new business opportunities and expand market presence across the assigned area.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, channel partners, and local business associates.
• Manage, guide, and motivate Relationship Officers and other sales team members.
• Set individual sales targets and monitor team performance against business objectives.
• Conduct regular field visits, review meetings, and sales performance assessments.
• Support the team in lead generation, customer acquisition, and business conversion.
• Ensure quality sourcing of affordable housing loan applications as per the company's credit and eligibility criteria.
• Coordinate with credit, operations, technical, legal, and collection teams for smooth processing and timely disbursement.
• Monitor the loan pipeline, login status, approval ratios, and disbursement performance.
• Ensure proper documentation and adherence to internal policies and regulatory guidelines.
