• Achieve monthly business targets for Affordable Home Loans and LAP.
• Source business through DSAs, connectors, builders, property dealers, direct sales, and other market channels.
• Identify potential customers requiring home loans for property purchase, construction, renovation, or LAP.
• Manage and develop relationships with channel partners to generate consistent business.
• Lead, guide, and motivate sales executives to achieve individual targets.
• Conduct market visits, customer meetings, and channel partner engagement activities.
• Follow up on login, sanction, documentation, and disbursement of loan applications.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, KYC requirements, credit norms, and regulatory guidelines.
• Maintain portfolio quality and minimize early delinquencies through responsible sourcing.
