We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Area Sales Manager (ASM) to oversee sales operations within Delhi. The ASM will manage the sales team, drive growth in sales revenue, ensure customer satisfaction, and enhance brand presence in the Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) sector.

Responsibilities

• 1. Sales Target Achievement: - Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual targets. - Identify new business opportunities and penetrate new markets


• 2. Team Leadership: - Recruit, train, mentor, and manage a team of sales executives or representatives. - Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback.
