Job summary

POST A RESUME HR Consultancy in India is seeking an Area Sales Manager with 2-5 years of experience and a Bachelor’s degree (BPharm/BSc preferred). You will develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business objectives and lead the sales team to meet targets.

You will build and maintain strong relationships with customers and stakeholders, conduct market research to update the doctors list, ensure timely compliance, and coach the team for high performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred (BPharm/BSc).
• 2–5 years of experience as Area Sales Manager.
• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business objectives.
• Lead and manage the team to meet sales targets.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and stakeholders.
• Market research and updating doctors list from time to time.
• Ensure compliance in timely manner.
