Overview:

We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic Area Sales Manager to drive sales and client engagement for our unique Biometric-based career Assessment Solutions. This role involves interacting with schools, colleges, corporates, and educational institutions to promote and expand the adoption of our services.

Job Responsibilities:

• Identify and approach potential clients (schools, colleges, corporates, and institutions).
• Conduct counseling sessions and product presentations to explain the benefits of the Biometric Intelligence Mapping System.
• Develop and maintain long-term relationships with key decision-makers.
• Close deals, negotiate contracts, and follow up for post-sale support and client satisfaction.
• Collaborate with the operations team in collecting client fingerprints and facilitating the onboarding process.
• Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Psychology, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  
• Fresher's or candidates with up to 1 year of sales/client engagement experience are encouraged to apply.
