Job summary

TopGear Consultants Pvt Ltd is seeking an Area Sales Executive to drive growth for our Pet Food business across General Trade in Nagpur district, Maharashtra. The role emphasizes FMCG sales, distributor management, retail expansion, and trade marketing.

You will work with distributors and retailers to expand coverage, achieve monthly and quarterly targets, and implement promotional schemes and merchandising initiatives.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years of experience in FMCG General Trade Sales.
• Experience in Pet Food, Pet Care, Animal Nutrition, Food, Consumer Goods, or Nutrition products is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of distributor management and retail development.

Responsibilities

• Achieve monthly and quarterly primary & secondary sales targets.
• Drive sales across the complete pet food product portfolio.
• Expand distribution through General Trade outlets, pet shops, and other retail channels.
• Execute beat plans and ensure effective market coverage.
• Implement trade schemes, promotional activities, and merchandising initiatives.
• Conduct retailer education on product benefits and pet nutrition
