ECAVO Agro Daily Pvt. Ltd. in Prayagraj invites an Area Sales Executive to drive growth, expand market presence, and ensure distribution and visibility of FMCG products in the territory.

The role focuses on managing distributors, retailers, and trade partners to meet sales targets and strengthen brand performance. The candidate should have 6+ years in FMCG sales, with MBA/PGDM in Sales & Marketing preferred.

Qualifications

• Graduate in any discipline; MBA/PGDM preferred.
• 6+ years of experience in FMCG sales, preferably in food or agro products.
• Experience in distributor handling and retail expansion is an added advantage.

Responsibilities

• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets as per company objectives.
• Manage distributor operations including order processing, stock availability, and collections.
• Expand retail coverage and ensure product availability across all outlets.
• Execute trade schemes, promotions, and merchandising activities as per company plan.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, retailers, and key customers.
• Monitor competitor activities, pricing, and market developments to identify growth opportunities.
• Ensure proper route planning and market coverage by field staff.
• Submit daily sales reports, secondary sales data, and market feedback on time.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, pricing structures, and business ethics.
• Support brand visibility and ensure effective in-store execution of marketing initiatives.

Job Summary:

The Area Sales Executive is responsible for driving sales growth, expanding market presence, and ensuring proper distribution and visibility of ECAVO Agro Dailys FMCG products within the assigned territory.
