ECAVO Agro Daily Pvt. Ltd. in Prayagraj/ Kanpur region is seeking an Area Sales Executive to drive growth, expand market presence, and ensure proper distribution and visibility of FMCG products through distributors, retailers, and trade partners.

The role focuses on meeting sales targets, managing distributor operations, expanding retail coverage, and executing promotions and merchandising. You will build strong relationships and monitor market developments to identify growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in FMCG sales, preferably in food or agro products.
• Experience in distributor handling and retail expansion is an added advantage.
• Graduate in any discipline; MBA/PGDM preferred.

Responsibilities

• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets as per company objectives.
• Manage distributor operations including order processing, stock availability, and collections.
• Expand retail coverage and ensure product availability across all outlets.
• Execute trade schemes, promotions, and merchandising activities as per company plan.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, retailers, and key customers.
• Monitor competitor activities, pricing, and market developments to identify growth opportunities.
• Ensure proper route planning and market coverage by field staff.
• Submit daily sales reports, secondary sales data, and market feedback on time.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, pricing structures, and business ethics.
• Support brand visibility and ensure effective in-store execution of marketing initiatives.

Job Summary:
The Area Sales Executive is responsible for driving sales growth, expanding market presence, and ensuring proper distribution and visibility of ECAVO Agro Daily’s FMCG products within the assigned territory. The role focuses on managing distributors, retailers, and trade partners to achieve sales objectives and strengthen brand performance in the market.

Key Responsibilities:

• Proficiency in MS Excel and basic reporting tools.

Qualifications & Experience:

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
