Job summary

OYO in India is seeking an Area Revenue Head to lead a team of Revenue Leads/Relationship Managers and drive revenue growth for partner hotels in the assigned territory.

The role focuses on occupancy improvement, sellable room availability, partner management and on-ground operations, with field travel and a Monday-to-Saturday field schedule.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of Sales & Operations experience.
• 3+ years of team management experience.
• Strong communication & negotiation skills.
• Good with Excel / App / reporting.
• Hospitality experience is a plus.
• Comfortable with daily field travel.
