Job summary

Chemist Box Private Limited is seeking an Area Operation Manager for Pharmacy Retail to manage day-to-day operations across 4–5 stores in Bihar. You will drive process discipline, review store KPIs, and guide Managers and Assistants to ensure consistent execution of SOPs and operational goals.

The role emphasizes improving store-level performance through hands-on visits, disciplined processes, and proactive problem solving. This is a multi-store retail pharmacy leadership position based in Patna.

Qualifications

• Graduation or higher is required.
• Experience in retail pharmacy operations is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Ensure Store Managers and Assistant Managers follow defined store processes, SOPs, and daily routines.
• Monitor KPIs regularly and follow up on gaps, discipline, attendance, and store performance standards.
• Guide store teams to improve execution, accountability, and process clarity.
• Conduct regular store visits to review operations and support improvements in store-level execution.

The role will focus on manager KPI review, store process adherence, team guidance, and operational improvement. Sales will be treated as an outcome of strong processes and consistent execution.
