Job summary

Chemist Box Private Limited is seeking a proactive Store Manager to oversee day-to-day operations at our Patna location or anywhere in Bihar. You will lead store staff, ensure smooth customer service, and drive adherence to SOPs and KPIs to achieve store targets.

The ideal candidate will have a Graduate or higher qualification with prior store-ops experience in retail, FMCG, or pharmacy retail. Pharmacy experience is not mandatory, and the company offers accommodation and benefits.

Qualifications

• Graduate and above in any stream.
• Experience in store operations as a manager, preferably in FMCG, organized retail, or pharmacy retail.
• Pharmacy experience is not mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily store operations including opening/closing, shifts, staff rotation and availability, billing discipline, store hygiene and process adherence.
• Guide and supervise staff to ensure proper customer handling and timely resolution of queries and complaints.
• Monitor store KPIs such as sales, customer service, stock discipline, expiry control, staff productivity and operating standards.
• Coordinate with Head Office/Area Team for issues, reporting, and daily follow-ups.
• Ensure proper implementation of SOPs and store-level instructions.

Role Summary

The Store Manager will be responsible formanaging the day-to-day operations of the assigned pharmacy store and ensuringachievement of store-level KPIs. The role will focus on store operations, staffsupervision, customer handling, process adherence, reporting, and coordinationwith the Head Office / Area Team.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily store operations, including store opening orclosing as per assigned shift, staff rotation and availability, billingdiscipline, store hygiene, and process adherence.

Requirements

Remuneration

Fixed salary: INR 5 lakhs per annum and above, as per experience and industrystandard
