UltraTech Cement is seeking a proactive professional to drive product demos, present to customers, and handle complaints promptly. The role involves leading government department pitches for BPD products, developing non-trade sites, tracking orders, and monitoring market activity to keep the team informed of competitors and new initiatives.

The candidate should have BE Civil/Chem or B.Tech Civil with a focus on cement or construction materials, and be ready to engage with marketing teams to

Responsabilidades

• Samples and Demos of Products: execute samples for all enquiries within 48 hrs in normal conditions and verify quality post-delivery.
• Awareness of Products through Presentations with customers to create product awareness.
• Complaint Handling: attend immediately; if related to quality, forward to R&D and check within 48 hrs.
• Lead pitching and approval of BPD products in government departments and key sites, executing product launches.
• Develop non-trade sites and track orders.
• Monitor business generation and MIS/Competitors information; share updates with team.

• Samples and Demos of Products To get the samples executed of all the enquires given by the marketing team within 48 hrs in normal condition & to check the quality of the sample after it is done. Bills of the contractors & dealers.
• Awareness of Products through Presentations while meeting with Customers To create awareness of Products through Presentations while meeting with customers.
• Complaint Handling To be attended immediately on the same day. If related to quality material is sent to the R&D team & checked by us for application- within 48hrs.
• Leading the pitching and approval of BPD products in government departments and key sites executing product launches.
• Developing nontrade sites, tracking orders
• Monitoring business generation
• MIS Competitors Information As & when something new is being done in the market it is collected and shared with the team
