Job summary

Asian Paints in Bhopal seeks a Civil Eng/Diploma-qualified professional to liaison with PSUs, ensuring project specs and BOQs include Asian Paints for new and ongoing projects. You will coordinate with regional sales teams to meet planned numbers, develop technical specs with consultants, and train customers on product applications.

You will also be responsible for reporting field viability and progress, applying IS code knowledge, and supporting construction processes on site.

Qualifications

• BTech/BE Civil or Diploma in Civil is required.
• Experience coordinating with PSUs and regional sales teams.
• Ability to prepare method statements and BOQ.
• Knowledge of IS codes and construction practices.

Responsibilities

• Work with PSUs to secure approval and value sales plans for product segments.
• Ensure specifications/BOQ include Asian Paints for projects and expansions.
• Collaborate with regions and sales teams to hit regional targets.
• Coordinate with external consultants and PSU teams to develop specs.
• Resolve complaints, train customers on applications, and stay updated on new tech.
• Understand building codes and utilities for each PSU.
• Apply construction knowledge to site processes and methods statements.
• Perform field visits and write progress/viability reports.

Job Description:

• Work with PSUs to secure approval and Value Sales planned for various product segment – Waterproofing, Admixtures, Repair, Special Repair and Flooring.
• Work with each PSU as independent unit and ensure the Specification and technical BOQ include Asian Paint for New Projects, Expansions and M&R requirements.
• Work in collaboration with respective regions and Sales team to ensure delivery of planed numbers for each region.
• Working with external Consultants and Internal Technical team of PSUs to develop specification for Asian Paints – various product segment.
• Effective resolution of complaints, Product training to customers, maintaining up to date working knowledge of new application technologies and should be able to prepare Method statements and BOQ for various sites.
• Understanding of various building and material codes – IS Codes and utility for each PSU
• Construction Knowledge: Familiarity with construction processes, materials, and methodologies.
• Perform field visits and write reports detailing project viability and progress

Education:-
