Job summary

Abacus Consultants is seeking a field-based loan sales professional in Jaipur, Rajasthan to engage builder/developer clients and promote our home loan products. You will meet customers at sites, drive marketing and sales efforts, and coordinate sanctioning and disbursement targets monthly.

The role involves managing pre- and post-loan activities, document collection, risk assessment, and communicating credit decisions. Strong communication and client management skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Meet customers on builder/developer site locations and pitch our loan product offerings to them.
• Conduct marketing, sales & brand building activity to attract new customers.
• Sanction & disbursement of files per month as per the targets assigned
• Carry out the pre and post-loan activities related to home loans, including acquisition of new clients and renewal of existing clients, financial analysis, initial risk assessment, presenting loan applications to the Sanctioning team, portfolio administration, prioritizing repayment to preserve portfolio quality.
• Get legal, credit and technical documents completed for the loan proposal and resolve customers queries.
• Inform potential clients about the requirements, terms and conditions of the home loan product, the procedures to obtain a loan, and penalties for late payments.
• Inform the client about the Credit decision on their application
