Avyan Placement Solutions Noida is seeking a high-performing Individual Contributor for Prime LAP sales in India. The role sources Prime LAP business exclusively through DSAs, builds robust DSA relationships, and drives monthly targets while ensuring portfolio quality and policy compliance.

The ideal candidate has strong Prime LAP sales experience, a well-established DSA network, and a track record of achieving the specified monthly business target, within the ROI range of 9.5%–11%.

• Experience: Strong experience in Prime LAP sales
• Monthly Business Target: 5 Crore
• Sourcing: Strong and established DSA network
• ROI: 9.5% – 11%

Priority 1 (P1) Locations:
Delhi, Mumbai (Andheri & Thane), Baroda

Priority 2 (P2) Locations:
Bangalore, Ahmedabad, Rajkot, Coimbatore, Chennai, Ludhiana, Surat, Indore, Mysore, Warangal, Hyderabad & Vijayawada

Eligibility Criteria:

• Age: Maximum 33 years
• Education: Full-time Graduate or above
• Experience: Strong experience in Prime LAP sales
• Monthly Business Target: 5 Crore
• Sourcing: Strong and established DSA network
• ROI: 9.5% – 11%

Compensation Reference:

• Senior Executive: Up to 12 LPA
• Assistant Manager: Up to 17 LPA

Ideal Candidate Profile:
Candidates with proven experience in Prime LAP, a strong DSA network, and a consistent track record of achieving 5 Crore monthly business through the DSA channel.
