Job summary

Abacus Consultants in India is seeking a sales professional to source LAP and mortgage loans through direct sales teams, connectors, and branch leads. You will engage with walk-ins and existing customers to generate business and drive cross-sell opportunities.

You will coordinate with branches and tele-calling units for lead generation, ensure timely login, processing, and disbursement of files, and track performance metrics while adhering to regulatory norms.

Responsibilities

• Source LAP/Mortgage loans through Direct Sales Team (DST), connectors, and branch-generated leads.
• Utilize tele-sales leads, walk-ins, and existing customer base to generate business.
• Drive cross-sell by pitching relevant loan products to LAP/Mortgage customers.
• Engage with internal teams including branches and tele-calling units for lead generation and conversions.
• Ensure timely login, processing, and disbursement of files.
• Track and report performance metrics on a regular basis.
• Ensure adherence to internal compliance and regulatory norms.
• Stay updated on market trends and competitor activities.
