• Drive Bancassurance business through assigned bank branches.
• Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
• Build and maintain relationships with Cluster Heads, Branch Managers, and Bank Officials.
• Recruit, train, and develop Relationship Managers within the territory.
• Conduct sales meetings, branch engagement activities, and product training programs.
• Ensure effective lead generation and conversion through bank channels.
• Monitor branch-wise productivity and implement action plans.
