Skywings Advisors Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a results-driven sales leader to plan and drive insurance sales across a banking cluster in Maharashtra. You will coordinate with partner bank RLPs and branch managers to meet targets and implement marketing campaigns.

The role requires robust target setting, performance tracking, and stakeholder management to maximize insurance penetration and sales growth within the cluster.

Responsibilities

• Plan and achieve sales targets for the cluster.
• Develop sales targets for branches within the cluster.
• Monitor and analyze branch performance against targets.
• Strengthen and manage relationships with RLPs of the partner bank.
• Engage bank branch employees in insurance sales.
• Coordinate with Branch Managers and internal stakeholders for sales growth and cost control.
• Lead campaigns and product launches within the cluster.
• Review monthly targets and discuss backlog and feedback with field team.
• Drive insurance penetration in loans with bank regional teams.
• Conduct meetings and reviews for loan coverage business.

Job description

Planning Undertake planning for achieving sales targets for the cluster.

Develop sales targets for the branches within the cluster.

Ensure monitoring and analysis of performance of each branch in the cluster against identified targets.

Strengthen relationship with RLPs of the partner bank.

Manage & enhance relationship with the RLPs of the partner bank.

Engage all the employees of the bank branches in insurance sales.

Maintain clear communication with the Branch Managers of the partner bank.

Manage & enhance relationship with internal stake holders Sales growth and cost management Ensure achievement of sales targets for the cluster Ensure successful launch of new products and marketing promotional campaigns within the Cluster.

Review monthly sales targets and performance of Business Development Managers and discuss with Business development mangers on backlog, customer feedback, and other insights from field force.

Effectively manage overheads and thus ensure reduction of cost of operations for the Cluster.

Business drive Liaise with Bank regional team for insurance penetration to loans.

Conducting meeting, update, reviews required for loan coverage business.

Regular insurance penetration track, update to Bank teams and Life insurance regional team.
