Job summary

Skywings Advisors Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a Cluster Sales Planner responsible for planning and achieving sales targets across branches in the Jaipur cluster.

You will develop branch targets, monitor performance, and strengthen relationships with RLPs of the partner bank while steering insurance penetration. The role requires coordinating with branch managers, driving promotional campaigns, reviewing monthly targets with the field team, and controlling costs to improve cluster profitability.

Responsibilities

• Planning Undertake planning for achieving sales targets for the cluster.
• Develop sales targets for the branches within the cluster.
• Ensure monitoring and analysis of performance of each branch in the cluster against identified targets.
• Strengthen relationship with RLPs of the partner bank.
• Manage & enhance relationship with the RLPs of the partner bank.
• Engage all the employees of the bank branches in insurance sales.
• Maintain clear communication with the Branch Managers of the partner bank.
• Sales growth and cost management.
• Ensure achievement of sales targets for the cluster.
• Ensure successful launch of new products and marketing promotional campaigns within the Cluster.
• Review monthly sales targets and performance of Business Development Managers and discuss with Business development mangers on backlog, customer feedback, and other insights from field force.
• Effectively manage overheads and thus ensure reduction of cost of operations for the Cluster.
• Business drive Liaise with Bank regional team for insurance penetration to loans.
• Conducting meeting, update, reviews required for loan coverage business.
• Regular insurance penetration track, update to Bank teams and Life insurance regional team.
