Job summary

Muthoot Capital in Prayagraj is seeking a dynamic professional to drive used car loan targets and expand the dealer network across the region. The role requires onboarding new dealers, maintaining strong relationships with partners, and leading a team with training and performance reviews.

You will ensure adherence to credit policies and risk guidelines, maintain regulatory compliance, and coordinate with legal, risk, collections, and credit teams to optimize customer acquisition and retention.

• Drive Used Car-loan/business targets across the region
• Identify new market opportunities & expand dealer network

• Conduct regular training & performance reviews
