Job summary

Hireized in Mumbai is seeking an experienced Area Manager to oversee multiple fashion retail stores in the region. You will drive sales, profitability and KPI attainment while leading store teams.

You will monitor operations, ensure SOPs and brand standards, coach Store Managers, coordinate with HR/VM/Marketing, travel across locations, and analyze market trends to identify opportunities.

Qualifications

• Strong fashion/retail industry experience required.
• Minimum 3 years in Area Manager role.
• Experience with premium/upper premium brands preferred.
• Solid knowledge of retail KPIs and multi-store operations.
• Proven leadership, communication and analytical abilities.
• Willingness to travel across assigned locations.
