Keka Technologies Private Limited seeks a Zone Lead to oversee Supertails clinics in Karnataka, driving revenue, profitability, and operational excellence across multiple sites. The role demands strong leadership and a focus on quality and compliance.

You will coach Centre Managers, ensure SOP adherence, conduct reviews, and collaborate with Clinical, HR, Finance, Marketing, CX, and Supply Chain teams to meet business objectives and elevate patient experience and clinic performance.

Responsibilities

• Own zone-level revenue, P&L, productivity and operational KPIs across multiple clinics.
• Lead and coach Centre Managers and clinic leadership teams, driving accountability and performance.
• Ensure consistent adherence to SOPs, clinical protocols, safety, hygiene and compliance standards.
• Conduct regular clinic reviews and audits; identify gaps and drive corrective actions.
• Partner with Clinical, HR, Finance, Marketing, CX, Supply Chain and Infrastructure teams to achieve business objectives.
• Drive customer experience, NPS/CSAT, repeat visits and complaint resolution.
• Analyse clinic performance, identify growth opportunities and implement initiatives to improve footfall, conversion and revenue.
• Oversee workforce planning, hiring, training, productivity and employee engagement in partnership with HR.
• Monitor inventory, equipment, facility readiness and vendor performance.
• Prepare and present weekly/monthly zone performance dashboards and action plans to leadership.
