Job summary

Vetic, Mumbai-based healthcare network, seeks a dynamic business leader to own P&L for clinics, drive revenue growth and optimize costs.

You will supervise clinic managers, implement dashboards, and ensure SOP adherence while expanding local partnerships. The role demands on-ground presence and a results-driven mindset across multiple sites.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of relevant experience in business management, multi-unit operations, or P&L ownership.
• Demonstrated ability to manage revenue targets and drive profitability.

Responsibilities

• Own complete P&L for clinics, including revenue growth, cost optimization, and EBITDA delivery
• Drive monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets across clinics
• Monitor and improve key business metrics including: Footfall and conversion rates, ABV, Repeat visit rate ,Service mix and cross-sell
• Lead day-to-day multi-clinic operations ensuring high service standards and SOP adherence
• Implement structured business reviews and performance dashboards across clinics
• Drive cost control across manpower, procurement, inventory, and overheads
• Ensure optimal inventory planning and working capital efficiency
• Lead and performance-manage Clinic Managers and frontline teams
• Build accountability culture with clear KPIs and performance tracking
• Drive local marketing initiatives and growth partnerships within city
• Own NPS and customer experience metrics across clinics
