Qualifications

• Graduate in any discipline from a recognized institution.
• Minimum 5 years of overall experience in Insurance Sales.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in leading and managing Field Sales teams.
• Strong knowledge of Life Insurance / Term Insurance sales and field sales operations.
• Proficiency in Hindi is mandatory.
• Knowledge of Maithili will be an added advantage.
• Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Good understanding of the Darbhanga/Bihar market and local customer landscape.
• Willingness to work in a target-driven, field-based sales environment.
