Polymed in Bengaluru is seeking a sales professional to drive the Renal care product range, including Dialysis machines and consumables, across the assigned territory.

The role focuses on revenue growth, relationship building with dialysis centers, doctors, KOLs, and distributors, and strategic regional planning. Candidate should be self-driven with strong business acumen and negotiation skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years experience.

• Ability to build relationships with dialysis centers, doctors, KOLs, and distributors.

Business Unit: Renal Care (Dialysis Machine, Dialyzer, Hemodialysis Catheter, Dialysis set ,Bloodline set)

Roles and Responsibilities

Incumbent will be responsible for sales of Renal care product range (Dialysis Machine, Dialyzer, Hemodialysis Catheter, Dialysis set ,Bloodline set) in assigned territory

• Responsible for driving revenue and profitability goals of a Region across all customer segments.
• Responsible for developing business opportunities across the Polymed range of products with the objective of achieving/exceeding revenue and profitability targets for the Region.
• Key deliverables would include developing long-term positive customer relationships, team development and coaching, distribution management and administration in the designated Region
• The incumbent is expected to be self-driven with a proven track record demonstrating a balanced mix of strategic and tactical thinking with sound business acumen
