Job summary

Poly Medicure Ltd in India is seeking a field sales professional for Renal Care products (Dialysis Machine, Dialyzer, Hemodialysis Catheter, Dialysis set, Bloodline set) to drive sales in the assigned territory.

You will build relationships with dialysis centers, doctors, KOLs, and distributors to achieve revenue targets and ensure profitability. A self-driven, strategic thinker with strong business acumen will succeed in this role.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years experience in medical devices/pharma industry.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently.
• Goal-oriented, organized team player.
• Strong business acumen, with ability to handle price negotiation and discussion.
• Good at building relationships with internal and external customers (Dialysis Centers / Doctors/ KOLs/ Paramedical staff / Purchase / Distributors/ Dealers / Peers and Superiors).

Responsibilities

• Sales of Renal care product range (Dialysis Machine, Dialyzer, Hemodialysis Catheter, Dialysis set, Bloodline set) in assigned territory.
• Drive revenue and profitability goals of a Region across all customer segments.
• Develop business opportunities across the Polymed range of products to achieve revenue targets.
• Develop long-term relationships, coach teams, manage distribution, and administer in the region.

Roles and Responsibilities

Incumbent will be responsible for sales of Renal care product range (Dialysis Machine, Dialyzer, Hemodialysis Catheter, Dialysis set ,Bloodline set) in assigned territory

• Responsible for driving revenue and profitability goals of a Region across all customer segments.
• Responsible for developing business opportunities across the Polymed range of products with the objective of achieving/exceeding revenue and profitability targets for the Region.
• Key deliverables would include developing long-term positive customer relationships, team development and coaching, distribution management and administration in the designated Region
• The incumbent is expected to be self-driven with a proven track record demonstrating a balanced mix of strategic and tactical thinking with sound business acumen
