You will lead a sales team, manage distributors, and build strong relationships with healthcare professionals, focusing on achieving weekly, monthly, and annual targets through strategic planning and field support.

Qualifications

• Candidates with relevant sales experience in the Pharmaceutical, Renal Care, Peritoneal Dialysis industry will be preferred.
• Experience in territory sales, distributor management, business development, and sales target achievement.
• Good communication, negotiation, presentation, and team leadership skills.
• Strong market development, customer relationship management, and analytical skills.
• Ability to work independently, manage a sales team, and achieve business objectives.

Responsibilities

• Forecast and achieve weekly, monthly, and annual sales targets for the assigned state.
• Ensure 100% customer coverage to maximize market penetration and increase market share.
• Manage and monitor distributors, including sales performance, stock availability, inventory movement, and sales reports.
• Develop and implement sales strategies based on distributor sales data, stock statements, and market requirements.
• Lead the sales team from the front and ensure achievement of individual and overall territory sales targets.
• Monitor team performance and ensure monthly target achievement through regular reviews and field support.
• Track competitor activities, market trends, and business opportunities, and share relevant insights with management.
• Organize Continuing Medical Education (CME) programmes, patient education programmes, and technician meets to increase product awareness and drive sales.
• Monitor daily field activities and working reports of team members, ensuring timely submission of reports to the reporting manager.
• Develop strong relationships with customers, healthcare professionals, distributors, and other key stakeholders to strengthen business growth.
