Job summary

Polymed invites applications for the role of Area Business Manager - Key Accounts in North Delhi. The incumbent will drive sales of Infusion Therapy, Catheters, Wound Drainage, Anesthesia & Respiratory care products across assigned territory and customer segments.

The role requires building, monitoring and optimizing sales activities, developing distributor and direct sales channels, and sustaining strong relationships with key accounts and stakeholders to achieve revenue targets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Pharma or Science.
• MBA/Marketing/CRM/Business Management from a recognised B-School preferred.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales of Infusion Therapy, Catheters, Wound Drainage, Anesthesia & Respiratory care products in the assigned territory.
• Achieve revenue and profitability goals of the region across all customer segments.
• Develop and manage channels (distributors & direct sales) in the area.
• Monitor sales activities and implement corrective actions to meet targets.
• Collaborate with Key Account team and explore new accounts to grow Polymed's customer base.
• Identify market development opportunities and increase unit growth and category share.
• Maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Coordinate with purchase authorities and distributors for supply and liquidation of products.
• Ensure programmatic engagement between the company and Key accounts.

• Work closely with Key Account team & explore new accounts/business opportunities to build Polymed's customer pool
• Identify market development opportunities and increase unit growth, profitability and category share for assigned customers.
• To build and maintain relationship with internal and external stakeholders.
• Coordination with purchase authorities and distributor/dealer for ensuring supply and liquidation of products.
• Ensure a programmatic engagement between the company and Key account.
