Job summary

PBD-Designo Architects Pvt. Ltd. in Navi Mumbai invites an experienced Architecture Team Leader to drive projects from briefing to completion at our Navi Mumbai office.

Lead concept and detailed design, supervise site execution, coordinate with structural, MEP, fire, and interior consultants, and ensure approvals and quality per drawings.

Qualifications

• Degree/Diploma in Architecture is required.
• Strong knowledge of architectural design, working drawings, site supervision and statutory approvals.
• Excellent team leadership, client handling and consultant coordination skills.
• Ability to manage projects independently from concept to completion.

Responsibilities

• Understand client requirements, project scope, area, budget and timelines.
• Lead concept design, detailed design, presentations, plans, sections and elevations.
• Ensure compliance with bye-laws, statutory requirements and approvals.
• Coordinate and manage structural, MEP, fire, plumbing, interior and other consultants.
• Guide the team in preparing municipal approvals and working drawings.
• Coordinate drawings and resolve design/technical issues.
• Review elevations, façade, interior, finishes, materials and BOQs.
• Monitor site execution to ensure work matches drawings and timelines.
• Prepare MOM, progress reports and maintain project documentation.
• Monitor team performance, attendance and day-to-day discipline.

Position Overview

We are looking for an experienced Architecture Team Leader to lead projects from client briefing to design, approvals, execution and completion.

Key Responsibilities

• Understand client requirements, project scope, area, budget and timelines.
• Lead concept design, detailed design, presentations, plans, sections and elevations.
• Ensure compliance with building bye-laws, statutory requirements and approval procedures.
• Coordinate and manage structural, MEP, fire, plumbing, interior and other consultants.
• Guide the architectural team in preparing municipal approval and working drawings.
• Coordinate architectural, structural and MEP drawings and resolve design/technical issues.
• Review elevations, façade, interior, finishes, materials, specifications and BOQs.
• Plan and coordinate locations of STP, tanks, electrical substation, meters and other services.
• Lead client meetings, consultant reviews, site visits and project progress reviews.
• Supervise and monitor site execution to ensure work is carried out as per approved drawings, specifications, quality standards and project timelines.
• Prepare MOM, project reports, schedules and maintain project documentation.
• Prepare and maintain progress reports for every individual working under the Architecture Team Leader, including assigned responsibilities, deliverables, performance and pending tasks.
• Monitor project timelines, deliverables, manpower and overall team coordination.
• Monitor team attendance, leaves, late coming, work schedules and other day-to-day discipline and administrative matters for all team members.
• Allocate work among team members and ensure timely completion of assigned tasks.
• Identify performance gaps, provide guidance and ensure accountability within the team.
• Coordinate completion certificates, stage-wise documentation and project handover.
• Support commercial coordination and follow-up for project payments.

Requirements

• Degree/Diploma in Architecture with relevant professional experience.
• Strong knowledge of architectural design, working drawings, site supervision and statutory approvals.
• Excellent team leadership, client handling and consultant coordination skills.
• Ability to manage projects independently from concept to completion.
• Strong communication, problem-solving and project management skills.Ability to manage and monitor team performance, attendance, leave and day-to-day work discipline.
• Willingness to undertake regular site visits and supervise project execution.
