About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Manager – Architect with strong expertise in designing and executing high‑end luxury villas, premium residences, and luxury resorts. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of architectural design, interior coordination, construction methodologies, and project execution, with the ability to translate design concepts into exceptional luxury living spaces.

The role involves working closely with senior architectural leadership, interior designers, consultants, and project execution teams to ensure design excellence, technical feasibility, quality, and timely project delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Architectural Design: Support the development and refinement of architectural concepts and designs for high‑end luxury villas and premium residential properties.
• Luxury Villa Expertise: Ensure architectural designs reflect premium aesthetics, functionality, space planning, and high‑quality design standards.
• Design Coordination: Coordinate architectural drawings and designs with structural, MEP, IT, and other technical consultants.
• Interior Design Coordination: Collaborate with interior designers on layouts, finishes, material selection, and detailing to deliver cohesive luxury spaces.
• Project Planning & Execution: Support project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and monitoring to ensure timely and cost‑effective delivery.
• Technical Documentation: Prepare and review architectural drawings, specifications, design briefs, material schedules, and related documentation.
• Site & Execution Coordination: Coordinate with project teams to ensure architectural intent is implemented accurately during construction and interior fit‑out.
• Consultant Management: Coordinate with external architects, design consultants, and specialist agencies to ensure design quality and timely deliverables.
• Client & Stakeholder Management: Present design concepts, address client requirements, and coordinate with internal stakeholders to secure design approvals.
• Quality & Compliance: Ensure adherence to applicable building regulations, statutory requirements, construction standards, and project specifications.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture (B.Arch) from a reputed institution.
• 10–12 years of relevant experience in architectural design and project coordination.
• Mandatory preference for candidates with hands‑on experience in high‑end luxury villas, luxury residences, or premium resort projects.
• Strong understanding of architectural design, interior design, construction detailing, and fit‑out execution.
• Experience coordinating with structural, MEP, and other design consultants.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and other relevant architectural design tools.
• Strong communication, client interaction, planning, problem‑solving, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple design deliverables while maintaining quality and attention to detail.
