Job summary

Talent Corner Hr Services is seeking an experienced Architect with 5–6 years of professional experience to lead design for luxury villas and high-rise residential projects. You will take projects from concept through detailed design, documentation, and site execution, with hands-on expertise in villa design and tall buildings.

• Strong knowledge of architectural planning, design development, construction documentation, and detailing.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and other architectural design software.
• Working knowledge of SketchUp, Revit, 3D visualization softwares, or similar tools is preferred.
• Good understanding of construction materials, finishes, building systems, and architectural detailing.
• Ability to interpret structural and MEP requirements and coordinate effectively with consultants.
• Strong design, presentation, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple design tasks and meet project timelines.

Responsibilities

• Develop architectural concepts and detailed designs for luxury villas, residential developments, and high-rise projects.
• Prepare and develop concept plans, schematic designs, floor plans, elevations, sections, and detailed working drawings.
• Handle architectural design development from concept stage to construction and execution.
• Coordinate with structural, MEP, landscape, interior, and other consultants.
• Ensure design solutions are functional, aesthetically appropriate, technically feasible, and aligned with client requirements.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and vendors throughout the project lifecycle.
• Conduct site visits and provide design clarification and technical solutions during construction.
• Review shop drawings, material selections, and construction details to ensure compliance with approved designs.
• Assist with authority approval drawings and ensure compliance with applicable building regulations and development guidelines.
• Participate in client meetings, design presentations, and design coordination discussions.
• Support project teams in resolving design and execution-related issues.

About the Role

We are looking for a skilled and experienced Architect with 5–6 years of professional experience and hands-on exposure to villa design as well as high-rise residential projects.

The ideal candidate should have strong design and technical capabilities, with experience in taking projects from concept development through detailed design, construction documentation, and site execution. The candidate should be comfortable working on both individual luxury villas and large-scale/high-rise developments.

Key Responsibilities

Develop architectural concepts and detailed designs for luxury villas, residential developments, and high-rise projects.

Prepare and develop concept plans, schematic designs, floor plans, elevations, sections, and detailed working drawings.

Handle architectural design development from concept stage to construction and execution.

Coordinate with structural, MEP, landscape, interior, and other consultants.

Ensure design solutions are functional, aesthetically appropriate, technically feasible, and aligned with client requirements.
