Job summary

Adecco India is seeking an experienced Architect to lead design for villas, luxury residential, and high-rise projects. You will drive concept development through detailed design, construction documentation, and site execution, handling both individual luxury villas and large developments.

The role requires strong design and technical skills, proficiency in AutoCAD, and coordination with structural, MEP, landscape, and interior teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture (B.Arch) or M.Arch required.
• 5–6 years of professional architectural experience.
• Strong hands-on experience in villa and luxury residential design.
• Experience with high-rise residential or mixed-use projects.

Responsibilities

• Develop architectural concepts and detailed designs for luxury villas, residential developments, and high-rise projects.
• Prepare and develop concept plans, schematic designs, floor plans, elevations, sections, and detailed working drawings.
• Handle architectural design development from concept stage to construction and execution.
• Coordinate with structural, MEP, landscape, interior, and other consultants.
• Ensure design solutions are functional, aesthetically appropriate, technically feasible, and client-aligned.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and vendors throughout the project lifecycle.
• Conduct site visits and provide design clarification and technical solutions during construction.
• Review shop drawings, material selections, and construction details for compliance.
• Assist with authority approval drawings and ensure compliance with building regulations.
• Participate in client meetings, design presentations, and coordination discussions.
• Support project teams in resolving design and execution-related issues.

About the Role

We are looking for a skilled and experienced Architect with 5-6 years of professional experience and hands-on exposure to villa design as well as high-rise residential projects.The ideal candidate should have strong design and technical capabilities, with experience in taking projects from concept development through detailed design, construction documentation, and site execution. The candidate should be comfortable working on both individual luxury villas and large-scale/high-rise developments.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop architectural concepts and detailed designs for luxury villas, residential developments, and high-rise projects.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of architectural planning, design development, construction documentation, and detailing.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and other architectural design software.
• Working knowledge of SketchUp, Revit, 3D visualization softwares, or similar tools is preferred.
• Good understanding of construction materials, finishes, building systems, and architectural detailing.
• Ability to interpret structural and MEP requirements and coordinate effectively with consultants.
• Strong design, presentation, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple design tasks and meet project timelines.

Preferred Experience

• Proven experience in luxury villas / high-end residential projects.
• Exposure to high-rise residential developments and large-scale projects.
• Experience handling projects from concept design through working drawings and site execution.
• Experience in consultant and contractor coordination.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating villa and high-rise residential projects.
• Experience with faade design, architectural detailing, and construction-stage coordination will be an added advantage.
