Job summary

Della Group in Mumbai seeks an experienced Draftsman to create detailed architectural drawings for residential, commercial, and township projects. The role requires hands-on CAD drawing skills, knowledge of architectural standards, and experience with large township schemes.

You will support architects in concept and execution drawings, ensure accuracy and regulatory compliance, and coordinate with engineers and site teams to meet design intent, with timely delivery of drawings for project

Qualifications

• Diploma/ITI in Draftsmanship or equivalent.
• 5-10 years of drafting experience for residential, commercial and township projects.
• Proficient in CAD software and architectural standards.

Responsibilities

• Prepare working drawings, municipal drawings, and detailed drawings for residential, commercial, and township developments.
• Assist architects and design teams in developing concept plans and execution drawings.
• Ensure all drawings are accurate, clear, and compliant with local building by-laws and regulatory standards.
• Coordinate with architects, consultants, engineers, and site teams to ensure design intent is met.
• Maintain and update drawing records and documentation.
• Support in approval drawings for licensing/municipal authorities.
• Work on layout planning, GFC drawings, and as-built drawings.
• Ensure timely delivery of drawings for smooth project execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare working drawings, municipal drawings, and detailed drawings for residential, commercial, and township developments.

Minimum Qualification
