Role Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled senior draftsperson with 6–8 years of professional experience in producing detailed architectural drawings and construction documentation for residential, commercial, and institutional projects.

Key Duties & Responsibilities:

• Prepare detailed working drawings, construction drawings, joinery details, and interior fit-out drawings
• Coordinate closely with Architects, Engineers, and Site teams to resolve technical issues
• Ensure drawings comply with relevant building codes, bylaws, and standards
• Maintain and organise drawing sets and project documentation
• Support the drafting team and supervise drawing accuracy and quality

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Diploma / ITI Draftsmanship / B.Tech (preferred but not mandatory)
• Mastery of AutoCAD, IIACAD, and experience in related drafting software
• Strong technical knowledge of materials, construction, building standards, and detailing
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and deliver within deadlines
