Job summary

Dexterous Designers And Associates in Greater Noida is seeking a qualified Architect to contribute to architectural design, drawings, and project coordination on diverse developments.

You will develop detailed working drawings, municipal submission drawings, elevations and sections, and coordinate with structural and MEP teams to meet project requirements.

A Diploma in Architecture or a B.Arch is desirable, with hands-on experience in AutoCAD or ZWCAD.

Qualifications

• Developing detailed Working Drawings and municipal submission drawings.
• Preparing conceptual design schemes and spatial planning as per project requirements.
• Understanding local building bye-laws and NBC standards.

Responsibilities

• Architectural design and development across projects.
• Prepare detailed drawings including elevations, sections, and coordination drawings.
• Prepare and review municipal submission drawings in line with codes.
• Coordinate with structural, MEP, site teams, and project management.
