Job summary

Urban Pandit Infra Consultants Pvt Ltd in Pune invites a capable Architecture Assistant to support senior architects in planning, designing and developing architectural projects.

You will prepare drawings, layouts, plans, sections and elevations using AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, or similar software, and assist in working drawings and tender documents. The role requires a B.Arch and 2–7 years of experience, with NBC knowledge, site execution basics and strong visualization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Architecture (B.Arch.) from a recognized university.
• 2 to 7 years of experience in architectural design, drafting, or construction projects.
• Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Lumion/Enscape, and Microsoft Office.
• Good understanding of architectural drawings, working drawings, and construction detailing.
• Knowledge of the National Building Code (NBC), local building regulations, and building approval processes.
• Basic understanding of construction materials, methods, and site execution.
• Strong visualization, design, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize work, and meet project deadlines.
