Job summary

Leading Construction Company in Saligramam, Chennai, seeks an Architect with 5-6 years of residential project experience. You will lead design efforts, create floor plans, elevations, and 3D views, and coordinate with structural, MEP, and interior teams to deliver projects on time.

You will ensure regulatory compliance, prepare technical docs, and present proposals to clients, while guiding execution teams and maintaining quality on site. Immediate joiners welcome.

Qualifications

• 5-6 years of experience in architectural design for residential projects.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture with COA registration mandatory.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Lumion and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Lead architectural design and planning for residential projects including villas, apartments, and independent houses.
• Develop conceptual designs, floor plans, elevations, 3D views, and detailed working drawings.
• Coordinate with clients to understand requirements and present design proposals.
• Liaise with structural, MEP, and interior teams to ensure seamless project execution.
• Prepare BOQ, material specifications, and technical documentation for projects.
• Conduct site visits to monitor design implementation, quality, and adherence to drawings.
• Ensure all designs comply with CMDA, DTCP, and local building codes & regulations.
• Handle client meetings, design presentations, and incorporate feedback.
• Work closely with project and execution teams to resolve design-related issues on site.
• Prepare presentations, reports, and documentation for management review.

Role & Responsibilities
