Job summary

We are seeking an experienced Architect to manage end-to-end commercial projects from concept to execution in Chennai's West Mogappair area. You will design concepts for office spaces, retail environments, showrooms, and hospitality venues, and deliver detailed drawings and 3D visuals.

The ideal candidate holds B.Arch or M.Arch, 3-5 years of relevant experience, and proficiency with AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, Lumion/V-Ray, and Photoshop. Immediate joining in Chennai is preferred.

Qualifications

• B.Arch or M.Arch required.
• 3-5 years of proven experience in commercial projects (office/retail/hospitality).
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, Lumion/V-Ray, Photoshop is mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Design & develop concepts for commercial projects — office spaces, retail, showrooms, hospitality.
• Prepare detailed architectural drawings, working drawings, and GFC drawings.
• Develop 3D models, renders, and presentations for client approvals.
• Coordinate with structural, MEP, interior and landscape consultants.
• Handle client meetings, site visits, and ensure design execution per drawings.
• Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget and quality standards.
• Prepare BOQ, material specifications and selection.
• Site supervision and resolving queries during execution.
• Ensure compliance with local bylaws, NBC codes and approval norms.
