Qualifications

• Bechelor Architec ture requirements specify B.Arch and 7–9 years of experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop master plans for industrial sites with zoning and safety compliance.
• Create architectural concepts for industrial/steel and office buildings.
• Prepare drawings from concept to construction, including approvals.
• Coordinate with other engineering disciplines as needed.
• Produce technical specs, BOQ, and cost estimates.
• Manage multiple projects concurrently and meet deadlines.

Job Description : Title Architect Role/Job Description:

1. Develop Master Plan for Industrial sites inclusive of Site analysis, site zoning, accessibility, comply with statutory requirements and safety


2. Develop Architectural building design concepts for Industrial / steel buildings and office buildings


3. Knowledge of various architectural materials, finishes etc.,


4. Develop concept / Basic drawings, detailed drawings, statutory approval drawings and construction drawings


5. Minimum knowledge of projects requirement of other engineering disciplines


6. Prepare Technical specifications, Bill of quantities and cost estimate


7. Capable of handling multiple projects concurrently


8. Capable to develop multi-disciplinary co-ordination with other disciplines like civil, Structural, Water supply & drainage, Electrical, Mechanical, etc.,


9. Capable to work to complete the tasks on schedule


10. Exceptional problem solving and sound decision making capabilities, coupled with excellent communication and Good interpersonal skills.


11. Capable to co-ordinate with onsite team in various time zones


12. Responsible for quality checks, clash checking with various engineering disciplines, quality assurance for review meetings and problem resolutions
