Job summary

Achalare Realtors seeks a seasoned architect with liaisoning and design experience to handle regulatory approvals and project planning. You will coordinate with municipal bodies, prepare feasibility studies, and ensure plans are sanctioned while aligning with aesthetics and landscaping goals.

The role requires strong communication, multitasking, and ERP/MS Office proficiency. Immediate joiners preferred for this on-site Pune-based position.

Qualifications

• B.Arch. with min. 5 yrs. of experience in liaisoning & design dept. of real estate / construction company.
• Post Graduate in Architecture/Liaisoning would be an added advantage.
• Immediate joiners preferred.
• Excellent verbal & written communication skills; pleasant personality.

Responsibilities

• Handle liaisoning with Corporation, Town Planning, PCMC, PMRDA, etc.
• Be well versed in rules, regulations and bye laws for liaisoning work.
• Prepare feasibility reports and coordinate with consultants, amenities, landscaping.
• Calculate built up and saleable area for projects.
• Prepare and get plans sanctioned; liaise with officials for NOCs & sanctions.
• Initial designing of project buildings & concept drawings for discussion.
• Contribute to aesthetics, specifications, amenities & landscaping; check progress on work & quality.
• Maintain knowledge of RERA and related compliance.

• Should be able to handle liaisoning work with Corporation, Town Planning, PCMC, PMRDA, etc.


• Should be well versed in all relevant rules, regulations and bye laws pertaining to liaisoning work.


• Preparation of feasibility report, coordination with consultants, amenities, landscaping, etc.


• Should be able to calculate built up and saleable area


• Should have knowledge of Autocad, 3D Max, Revit, etc.


• Should be able to prepare and get the plans sanctioned for projects.


• Liaisoning with officials for NOCs & sanctioning.

• Contribute in discussions on aesthetics, specifications, amenities & landscaping & Check progress on work & quality.
